杉木积成材的剖面密度分布特征及其CT辅助分析

Vertical density distribution characteristics and CT aided analysis of Chinese fir oriented laminated stick lumber

摘要: 用剖面密度仪对不同密度的杉木积成材剖面密度进行了检测,辅以CT技术对杉木积成材长度和宽度方向的剖面进行了扫描。结果表明:杉木积成材的剖面密度分布存在梯度 ,表层的密度较高,芯层的密度较低,密度的峰值在距板材表层约1.0 mm处;杉木积成材内部分布着一定数量的孔隙,长度方向剖面的孔隙较多且较小,宽度方向较少且较大,端 部的孔隙比中部大且多;孔隙率随着密度的降低而增大,因而它不宜制造低密度的板材;CT技术可作为直观、清晰揭示杉木积成材剖面密度分布和内部结构形貌等的辅助手段。

Abstract: The vertical densities of Chinese fir oriented laminated stick lumber(Chinese fir OLSL)with different densities were tested using Profile Density Analyzer. The profiles of Chinese fir OLSL were scanned using Computed Tomography(CT)in the length and width directions. The results showed that vertical density distribution of Chinese fir OLSL was changed in gradient. The density of the surface layer was higher than that of the inner layer, and the crest value of density of Chinese fir OLSL was in 1.0 mm away from panel surface layer. It can also be observed from the CT images that there are some pores in Chinese fir OLSL, and there are more and smaller pores in longitudinal section than in transaction, but the pores at the terminal are more and bigger than in the middle. The porosity of Chinese fir OLSL reduced along with the density increasing in the length and the width direction, Chinese fir OLSL does not fit for manufacturing low densities panels because its porosity increases along with decreasing of density. The CT could reveal vividly and intuitively the characteristics of vertical density of Chinese fir OLSL and its internal structure appearance as aided method.
