摘要

采用玉米淀粉为主要原料的改性水性高分子异氰酸酯胶黏剂压制15 mm稻秸秆人造板,并对影响板材性能的因素进行分析。经预试验表明,压制稻秸人造板较理想工艺为:板材密度07 g/cm3、热压温度160 ℃、热压时间15 min、热压单位压力35 MPa。结果表明:在质量分数1 %的醋酸喷洒秸秆表面,秸秆与木刨花按质量比85∶15混合,羧基改性丁苯与聚乙烯醇质量比为70∶30,主剂施胶量为25 %,异氰酸酯质量分数为3 %条件下,所压制的稻秸秆人造板的各项理化性能均能达到GB/T 4897.3—2003的标准。

Abstract

The rice straw particleboard was prepared using corn starch based polyme isocyanate adhesive, and the factors which affected the particleboard properties were investigated. The hot pressing parameters were preestablished as follows: density of particleboard 07 g/cm3, hot pressing temperature 160 ℃, hot pressing time 15 min and the unit pressure 35 MPa. The test results showed that the properties of rice straw particleboard prepared according to the following conditions (the mass ratio of rice straw to wood dust was 85∶15, the ratio of SBR/PVA was 70∶30, glue spreading was 25 %, and the PMDI addition was 3 %) could meet the requirement of GB/T 4897.3—2003.
