在计算机油墨配色系统中建立基础油墨数据库,应用基础油墨数据库进行专色配色,从光谱反射率曲线、色密度曲线和色墨校正3个方面对基础油墨数据库进行检测,并阐述专色配方的选取方法。结果表明:基础油墨数据库的准确性直接影响专色油墨配色的准确性;配色系统中专色配色的准确度较高,对于有些颜色经过1~2次的修改即可达到要求;基础油墨数据库中油墨的数量对计算机配色存在一定的局限性,因此应增加基础油墨数据库中油墨的数量;应用油墨配色系统进行配色具有操作简单、方便、准确度高的特点,且能够实现利用色差和光谱反射曲线预先判断,提高配色准确性。
Abstract
The basical ink database was established in the computer colormatching system, and used to match spot color. The basical ink database was detected through spectral reflectance curves, color density curves and ink color correction. The selection of spot color formulation was also introduced. The results showed that the accuracy of ink database directly affected the result of spot color; the computer colormatching system had high accuracy and spot color could meet the requirement after amending for 1 to 2 times. The perfect ink database was essential for quickly and accurately matching spot color. Spot color matching with the computer colormatching system should have the features of simple and convenient operation and high accuracy. The color accuracy could be improved by color difference and spectral reflectance curve.
