改性脲醛树脂胶原料配比和成本计算系统的开发

System development of raw material ratio and cost of modified urea formaldehyde resin

摘要: 通过Excel内嵌的VBA(visual basic for aplication)在Microsoft Excel 2003工作表中建立了三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂 胶的原料组分配比及生产成本计算系统,利用该系统可自动实现组分配比与生产成本的计算,并以此与专业数学计算软件 Matlab计算的结果进行对比。结果表明,该系统的计算结果与专业数学计算软件Matlab的计算结果相一致,具有较高的准确度 和可靠性。所设计的系统适用范围广,操作简单,而且具有通用性和开放性,可以编制出酚醛树脂胶、三聚氰胺胶等其他胶黏剂 生产的原料组分配比及生产成本计算程序。

Abstract: Raw material ratio and cost of modified urea formaldehyde(MUF)resin by melamine could be calculated automatically by the calculating system, which was compiled based on Excel VBA(visual basic for application) in this paper. And the calculating results were as same as the professional data processing software Matlab’s, this meant the calculating system based on Excel VBA is highly accurate and reliable. The calculating system had advantages of wide applicability, easy operation, generality and openness, which could also be extended to calculating the raw material ratio and the cost of phenol formaldehyde resin and melamine formaldehyde resin.
