雾化喷头供液管道系统设计

Design of the fluid pipeline system for atomization nozzle

摘要: 针对目前精确施药技术存在的问题,提出了雾化喷头供液管道系统设计。对系统的设计方案及设计方法进行了分析和说明,并进行相关的试验验证分析。通过相关计算及试验分析可知:供液管道流量按最大4 L/min计算,经圆整并参照圆管标准取管径为15 mm;所选用的电动调节阀的最小开度为18.4 %,最大开度为86.5 %,实际可调比值为707;压力测量误差最大为2 %,平均误差为1.1 %,取压力修正值为0.01 MPa,流量测量误差最大为2.4 %,平均误差为1.2 %。经系统误差修正后,所设计的供液系统满足精确施药的工艺要求。

Abstract: In this paper, the necessity of designing the control system of the spray nozzle is put forward by analyzing the problems of the precise application techniques. Firstly, the design scheme of the system was analyzed and illustrated. And then, some related experiments were carried out in order to verify the design. The related calculation and experimental analysis showed as follows: according to the maximum flow rate (4 L/min), the pipe diameter was selected as 15 mm by referencing tube standards. The minimum opening of the control valve was 18.4 %, the maximum was 86.5 %, the actual adjustable ratio was 707. The max pressure measurement error was 2 %, the average error was 1.1 %, the pressure correction value was selected as 0.01 MPa, the max flow measurement error was 2.4 %, the average error was 1.2 %. After the error correction, the system could meet the requirements of the precision spraying.
