超声辅助提取青钱柳叶总三萜化合物的工艺优化

Optimization of ultrasonicassisted extraction of total triterpenoid compounds from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves

摘要: 为研究青钱柳叶总三萜化合物超声辅助提取的最佳工艺条件,在考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取级数、超声功率、提取溶剂等单因素的基础上,采用L9(34)正交设计确定在多因素条件下青钱柳总三萜提取的最佳工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:70 %的乙醇、料液比1〖DK〗∶40,在400 W条件下超声45 min。采用该提取方法所得青钱柳叶总三萜平均得率为222 %。该优化工艺稳定,适合于青钱柳叶三萜类化合物的提取。

Abstract: To study the optimum technological conditions of ultrasonicassisted extractiny triterpenoid compounds from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves, on the basis of single factor experiments(ethanol concentration, ratio of solvent to material, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times, ultrasonic power, extraction solvent), the experiment was designed with L9(34). The results indicated that 70 % ethanol solution, 1〖DK〗∶40 between material and extraction solution, 400 W ultrasonic power and 45 minutes for extraction were optimum conditions. With the optimized technology, the average yield is 222 %. The technology is relatively stable,so it is suitable for extraction triterpenoid compounds from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves.
