摘要

森林病害主要是由病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生性生物引起的,其中真菌所致病害种类最多,约占森林病害的80 %以上。环介导等温基因扩增(LAMP)技术是一种快速高效的DNA扩增方法,具有简单、快捷、特异性强、准确性高等特点,笔者论述了LAMP技术的原理及其在病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生性生物等方面的应用及研究。该技术广泛应用于食品、临床、环境、农业、工业和畜牧业等领域。环介导等温扩增技术为快速分子检测提供了一条新的途径,在林木病害检测领域将会有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

Forest diseases are mainly caused by virus, bacteria, fungi and parasitic organisms, and more than 80 % ofthem are caused by fungi. Loopmediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a fast and efficient method with the characteristics of simplicity, facility, and accuracy for DNA amplification. This article was focused on the principles and application of the LAMP technology. It had been widely used in the field of food, clinic, environment, agriculture, industry and animal husbandry. It will have a broad prospect in forestry molecular detection.
