摘要: <正>用速生高产红麻全秆,采用亚铵法红麻全秆浆代替木浆生产牛皮箱板纸。质量全部符合国家规定标准。

Abstract: In this paper, Kenaf is studied on its fiber morphology, chemical compositions, neutral ammonia-base sulfite pulping process and manufacture of kraft liner board with all stick kcnaf pulp. All stick kenaf pulp yielded by neutral ammonia-base sulfite pulping process can reach as high as 50~55% with good drainage ability and high physical strength properties. The result shows that the very good physical strength properties of kraft liner board can be obtained with 40 : 40 : 20 = neutral ammonia-base sulfite all stick kenaf:waste paper:neutral ammonia-base sulfite. Therefore, the manufacture of kraft liner board with kraft softwood pulp can be replaced by neutral ammonia-base sulfite all stick kenaf pulp. They are apparently optimal raw material for Kraft liner board.
