真空处理降低刨花板甲醛释放量的研究

摘要: <正>为了降低刨花板的甲醛释放量,对试件进行真空处理试验,以温度、负压、时间为因子,按正交表L_9(3~4)安排试验,林经处理与未处理的两种试件加以对比,测试的指标包括甲醛释放量、静曲强度和平面抗拉强度,藉此评价真空处理的效果,并挑选理想的真空处理条件。结果表明:真空处理可以明显降低刨花板的甲醛释放量,而对板子的静曲强度和平面抗拉强度无明显影响。进而提出了工业化生产中利用本项研究结果的设想。

Abstract: In order to reduce Formaldehyde emission of particleboard, a vacuum treatment method has been used. Some factors, such as temperature, negative pressure and time were researched in accordance with the table L9(34). Formaldehyde emission, MOR and IB of boards were tested and their results (treated and untreated) were compared, thus, the effect of vacuum treatment can be evaluated. At the same time, the ideal Vacuum treatment condition was also selected. Results show that Fomalde-hyde emission of particleboard can be reduced through the vacuum treatment. There is no negative influence on MOR and IB of boards. Therefore in this paper authors put forward a plan how to use this vacuum treatment method in industral processing.
