摘要: <正>Fluid bed drying of white sugar is lately becoming an industry standard in Europe. This paper presents the results of measurements of the performance of an industrial scale fluid bed dryer/cooler for sugar having 500 t/d capacity. The results are compared with the cor responding results of a computer simulation model. The influence of several model parameters is discussed. Satisfactory agreement of the simulated and measured results has been found.
