流域可持续发展的动态评价(英文)

摘要: <正>从流域系统经济过程的增长度 (IE)、社会过程的满足度 (IS)和自然过程的持续度 (IN)出发 ,提出流域系统可持续发展的综合评价指标 :发展度 (ID)即ID=I2 E+I2 S+I2 N3 、协调度 (IH)即IH=1 -(IE- I) 2 + (IS- I) 2 + (IN- I) 23 和耦合度 (IC)即IC=12 (ID +IH)。最后 ,给出相应的动态评判准则 :强持续性评判准则即YID(t2 ) >YID(t1 ) ,且YIH(t2 )≥YIH(t1 ) ;弱持续性评判准则即GID(t2 ) >GID(t1 ) ,且GIH(t2 )≥GIH(t1 )和持续性评判准则即IID(t2 ) >IID(t1 ) ,且IIH(t2 )≥IIH(t1 )。

Abstract: Based on increment degree of economic process ( I E ), satisfaction degree of social process ( I S ) and sustainability degree of natural process ( I N ) of watershed system, the paper puts forward synthetic appraisal indexes of watershed system sustainable development: development degree, namely I D=I 2 E+I 2 S+I 2 N3 , harmony degree, namely I H=1-(I E-) 2+(I S-) 2+(I N-) 23 and coupling degree, namely I C=12(I D+I H) . Finally, the paper points out dynamic judgement criteria of watershed system sustainable development that are strong sustainable criterion: " YI D(t 2)>YI D(t 1) and YI H(t 2)≥YI H(t 1) ", weak sustainable criterion: " GI D(t 2)>GI D(t 1) and GI H(t 2)≥GI H(t 1) ",and sustainable criterion: " II D(t 2)>II D(t 1) and II H(t 2)≥II H(t 1)".
