Abstract: Air pollution is now believed to be one of the major problems of ecological environment. Building materials often cause air pollution.They release harmful pollutants more or less continuously. This paper discussed the effects of building materials on the air quality during the time of production and application, and further put forward the principles and methods of creating green building materials.
