超低温贮藏对油松种子的影响

Cryopreservation of Chinese Pine Seeds

摘要: <正>采用群落学调查方法,研究了南京林业大学校园内森林的组成、分布和结构特征及其变化趋势。结果表明:校园森林植物群落主要有91科、245属、603种(含29变种),12变型种,15栽培变型种。与1952年、1976年和1982年的调查结果相比,植物种类呈逐渐减少的趋势;人工林的植物种类较少,且层次简单;草本植物丰富,物种多样性指数以草本层较高,灌木层次之,乔木层较低,树木径级主要集中在8~24径阶。在此基础上提出校园森林的发展对策:(1)丰富乔木层物种多样性;(2)完善校园绿化主要功能的针对性和整体协调的统一性;(3)提高绿地系统质量,发挥校园绿地系统的生态效益;(4)通过高效优质的管理实现校园森林空间榕局的优化与校园周边区域城市森林和谐统一。

Abstract: By investigating conductivity, dehydrogenase, germination percentage and germination index of cryopreserved Chinese pine seeds, feasibility of long-term storage of the seeds was studied. The results showed that: (1)the freezing and thawing was the main factor affecting the cryopreservation of the seeds; (2)cryoprotectant reduced the damage of the seeds cryopreserved,DMSO’s function was comparatively obvious; (3)the cryopreservation can be applied to store the Chinese pine seeds, and the optimal treatment combination was 10~DMSO+quick freezing+slow thawing.
