Classification and evaluation of the lowquality and benefit forest of Chinese fir based on GIS

摘要: 以苏南山丘区铜山林场低质低效杉木林为研究对象,对其生长过程、形成原因和功能特征进行分析。通过建立综合等级判别函数,将低质低效杉木林分划分为3个等级:第Ⅰ类为生长较好的正常林分,第Ⅲ类为极低质低效型林分,第Ⅱ类介于上述两者之间。低质杉木林以低质型、生长潜力型和综合低质低效型为主。在分析质效因子各等级林分生长过程的基础上,提出了划分杉木低质低效林的技术参数标准,在Arcview支持下使低质低效林的分类结果可视化,时空特征清晰可见,克服了传统分类方法的空间不确定性。

Abstract: Taking a case study on the lowquality and benefit forest of Chinese fir at Tongshan forest farm in the hilly area in southern Jiangsu province, these Chinese firs were divided into three grades using the judging function of the incorporate grades to the Chinese fir stand established by analyzing its growth procedure, formation causes and function features, that is, the normal type (first type), the extreme lowquality and benefit type (third type), and the second type between them, with the potential type, the lowquality type and the incorporate lowquality and benefit type as the main characteristics. On the basis of the analysis to the growth procedure and site features under different grade of the stand, the technology parameter criterion used to sort the lowquality and benefit forest of Chinese fir was brought forward. The characteristics of its spatial distribution was clearly visible through the GIS technology by using the Software of Arcview to visualize the classification results of the lowquality and benefit forest of Chinese fir, overcoming the space uncertainty of the traditional method for stand classification.
