Evaluation of forest ecological security for island

摘要: 海岛林业生态安全是以林业生态为核心的社会经济自然的生态系统的安全。笔者以浙江秀山岛为例,建立了海岛林业生态安全的评价指标体系和评价标准,通过熵权法和专家意见确定各个指标的权重,采用综合指数法计算海岛林业生态安全指数。由1990年到2007年秀山岛的林业安全指数,压力、状态、响应指数可知,秀山岛的林业安全指数从2003年起不断减低,2007年的林业安全指数仅为0.42,趋于不安全级别。由秀山岛林业生态安全的发展趋势及原因分析可知,人为压力的效用大于自然压力效用,人类对林业生态安全关注较少。

Abstract: The forest ecosystem is the core of the integrated ecosystem that includes the economic ecological security, the social ecological security and the natural ecological security. Forest ecological security for island is the security of the integrated ecosystem. Base on history research and related literature, the forest ecological security assessment’s index system and the markvalues are formed. Using entropy weight and experiences, the weights are conformed. The integrated ecological security indexes are gained by integrating index evaluation method. Xiushan Island was taken as a case study and its forest ecological security, pressure, state, response situation from 1990 to 2007 is found. From 2003, forest ecological security index is increasing, and it is 0.42 in 2007. Its developing tends and the reasons are analyzed in paper. It shows the utility of the human pressure is more useful than the utility of the natural pressure and the utility of human response is not enough. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for the forest ecological security improvement.
