木荷轻基质网袋容器育苗技术研究

Studies on light weight medium fabric container for seedling culturetechniques of Schima superba

摘要: 采用不同基质配比及不同规格的无纺布网袋容器育苗,分析不同处理对木荷1~2年生容器苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同苗龄木荷容器苗对基质配比和无纺布网袋容器规格的生长反应差异很大,泥炭比例较高的配比基质其木荷容器苗生长表现较好。相同泥炭比例时,配比适量谷壳的基质类型其容器苗生长均较仅配比木屑的处理生长表现优良。配比基质的理化性质与木荷容器苗生长密切相关,泥炭比例高且配比适量谷壳的基质类型其有机质含量高、氮磷素营养丰富、孔隙度大而体积密度小,最有利于木荷容器苗的生长。基质中增加适量谷壳可在一定程度上代替泥炭,其容器苗生长亦较好,而木屑比例较高的基质类型,其容器苗生长表现较差。相关分析发现,1年生木荷容器苗的苗高、地径、干物质积累量及根冠比等性状与无纺布容器规格相关性较小,而2年生木荷容器苗的主要生长性状与容器规格皆呈显著的正相关,意味着为培育2年生的容器大苗,选择规格较大的容器是主要措施之一。

Abstract: This study dealt with the influence of substrate composition and size of nonwoven fabric container size on the growth of the annual and biennial seedling of Schima superba. There were significant differences in seedling growth for different substrate compositions and sizes of nonwoven fabric containes. The container seedlings in the medium with relatively higher proportion of peat percent exhibited better growth performance. With the same proportion of peat, seedlings grew better in the substrate with proper amount of hull and sawdust comparing with seedlings growing in the media with only sawdust. Significant correlations between the physical and chemical properties of different substrate composition and the growth traits of S. superba container seedlings were found. The substrate with high proportion of peat and appropriate corn hull was excellent to the growth of container seedlings owing to its high organic matter, abundant nitrogen and phosphorous, adequate porosity and little bulk density. To some extent, the usage of peat could be reduced as the content of hull increased. However, the growth of container seedlings was slower in the substrate with higher sawdust percent age. No significant correlations between the growth traits of annual seedlings including seedling height, base diameter, dry matter, rootshoot ratio and nonwoven fabric container size were found, while significant positive correlations between the growth traits of biennial seedlings and nonwoven fabric container size were found, which meaned that choosing larger containers was one of the key measures to cultivate large biennial S. superba container seedlings.
