抗松针褐斑病湿地松体内氧化酶的变化

摘要: <正>松针褐斑病(Lecanostictaacicola)是湿地松(Pinuselliottii)上的重要病害。分析湿地松的9个抗病无性系和4个易感株2年生针叶中过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的活性。结果表明湿地松针叶中过氧化物酶活性很高,多酚氧化酶活性相对较弱.而且抗病植株的过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性都明显高于感病植株。过氧化物酶活性与多酚氧化酶活性之间里明显正相关,相关系数0.9。湿地松的1年生针叶中多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性都非常低,而且在抗病与感病针叶间酶活性无明显差别。用病原菌毒素初提液处理针对可使抗病和感病植株的过氧化物酶活性都明显提高,而且易感株的上升幅度比抗病株高。相反。多酚氧化酶活性在用毒素处理后都表现下降,而且抗病株的降幅比易是株大。

Abstract: Brown spot needle blight(lecanosticta acicola) is an important disease on slash pine and loblloly pine in south China. This study analyzed needle peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase activities of 9 resistant clones and 4 susceptible individuals.The results showed in healthy needles the peroxidase activities were very high and the polyphenol oxidase activities were relstively lower.Moreover,the two enzymes in resistant needles were of obvious higher activies than in susceptible needles.There existed a positive relation between peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase activities,the relation coefficient being up to 0.9.After resistant and susceptible needles were treated with primary toxin of brown spot fungus,the peroxidase activities all increased, but, the increase extent between resistant and susceptible needles did’ not show much difference.On the other hand, polyphenol oxidase activities all reduced after treated. and the reduction extent of resistant needles was greater than susceptible needles.
