杨木制取高质量颗粒活性炭的研究

摘要: <正>研究利用杨木和杨树枝丫材,制取高质量颗粒活性炭的工艺。先把杨树枝权烧成木炭,再把木炭粉碎,添加复合粘结剂,混合成型,炭化和多步洽化,制得高品位颗粒活性炭。其关键技术是使用了复合粘结剂和独特的加工方法。按本方法制得的杨木颗粒活性炭碘吸附值1354mg/g,亚甲基兰吸附值16mL/0.1g(240mg/g),苯吸附率34.8%,强度(硬度)95%,灼烧残渣(灰分)0.83%。这些指标达到或超过不定型椰壳活性炭的指标。其制造成本比椰壳活性炭低得多。对环境没有污染,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to study the technology of high-quality granular activated carbon from Populus canadensis Moench and its branches.The process is as follows: firstly,the branches of populus are pyrolyzed into wood charcoal and crushed;then mixed by adding complex binding agewts so that high-quality granular activated carbon is obtained. The key technology liesin the use of complex binding agents and its special processes as well.The product has these properties: maximum adsorb ability of iodine 1354mg/g, methylene blue 16 mL/0.1g(240mg/g),benzol 34.8%,strength 95%,residue of roasting(ash)0.83%.These indexes have reached or exceeded those of activated carbon from coconut carbon.The production cost is much lower than that of coconut carbon, producing enormous economic and social benefits without any pollution to the environment.
