摘要: <正>本文对根据Zeller原理研制而成的GH—1型电极法光合仪进行初步报导。仪器由同化室,吸收Co_2的U型电极槽、精密pH酸度计和气流控制系统等四部分构成。结构简单,价格便宜,适于野外操作。测试结果经与QGD—07型红外Co_2分析仪比较,效果良好。文中对其使用方法作了说明。

Abstract: This is a preliminary report about the GH-1 Electrode Photosyntometer designed according to Zellers principle by the Research Group of Woody Plant Introduction of Nanjing Botanical Garden. This instrument consists of a precision pH-meter, an U-shape electrode trough for absorbing CO2, an air-flow adjusting device and an asr similation chamber (leaf chamber). It is more effective and efficient, much less ex: pensive and easier to handle as compared with the QGD-07 model of infrared CO2 analyzer.
