A field survey of 48 generact 122 species of tree legumes have been examined for nodulation in Jiangsu, Shandong,Anhui,Fujian and Yunnan provinces.and 36 species of them were first reported in China.As expected,all 26 species of Caesalpinioideae failed to nodulate.
