摘要: <正>介绍醛酸法合成N,N-二甲基脱氢枞胺(DDAA)的方法。合成产物的IR与脱氢枞胺的IR相对照,产物的IR在3550~3320cm~(-1)处的两个N-H伸缩带已经消失;产物的苦味酸盐的UV在350nm附近有最大吸收;光谱数据符合DDAA及其苦味酸盐的光谱特征吸收。采用冰醋酸-乙酐-高氯酸为标准溶液,非水电位滴定法测定叔胺含量为75%。

Abstract: In this paper N,N-dimethyl dehydroabietylamine(DDAA) from dehydroabietylamine(DAA) was synthesize based on formaldehydefonnic acid method. By IR、UV and chemical analysis of product(DDAA), its results showed: (1)two N-H spectral bands already disappear within 3550-3320 cm-1 on the IR spectrogram of the DDAA in contrast with IR spectrogram of the DAA; (2)the DDAA picrate had maximum absorption nearby 350 nm on the UV spectrogram of the DDAA picrate; (3)the DDAA content was determined by nonwater-potentiometer-titration in glacial acetic acid-aceticanhydricle-perchloric acid as a standardized solution. The DDAA content was 75%. And this method is feasible in synthesising DDAA.
