特制木质颗粒活性炭的研究

摘要: <正>将气体活化法的活化机理与多孔碳石墨材料成孔理论相结合,研究木质颗粒活性炭的成孔理论与工艺。它的最大特点是:在配料中加入成孔剂且采用煅烧活化,不外加活化剂。按本法制得的木质颗粒活性炭具有很好的质量指标。以软阔叶树枝丫材木炭粉-Ⅰ为原料,其颗粒炭得率为47.6%(以绝干木炭粉计)。粒度为2.05mm(以颗粒直径计),强度96%,碘吸附值1345.1mg/g,苯吸附值50%,亚甲蓝吸附值300mg/g,灰份5%(脱灰后降至0.63%)。其制造方法简单,原材料易得且价格低廉,生产成本低,是一种极有竞争力的生产方法和炭种。

Abstract: In this acticle were published the technology of manufacture and theory of forming porosity of granular activated carbon by application of combination to the theory of activation with gas activator and with thd theory of forming porosity of porous graphite materials. Its special characters are as follows 1) In the masses to add the mass for forming porosity; 2) To use the calcining method to activation, but with out adding the activator. It is a new method and first publication in China for manufacturing granular activated carbon from wood charcoal. The product by this method has good properties. 
