摘要
<正>研究了用热压干燥法干燥杉木(Cunninghamialanceolata)速生材地板用材试件截面的温度分布、干燥速度、压缩率与密度等基本规律及干燥工艺参数对杉木干燥质量、静曲强度、表面硬度和尺寸稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,热压干燥可大大缩短干燥时间,提高杉木地板的力学强度;干燥过程中采用呼吸工艺和缓慢卸压的方法,可避免产生内裂,保证地板的干燥质量。
Abstract
This paper describes tempreature field, drying speed, compress rate and specific gravity, and investigates effects of drying technological parameters on drying quality, static bending strengh, surface hardenedness and dimensional stability in pressdrying of Chinese fir. The experimental results show that drying time can be shortened greatly, and material mechanicstrength can be increased. The material is well_protected from honeycomb cracks and maintains drying quality when stepdrying is used during drying process, and pressure is reduced continuously during the end of the period.
