<正>测定了灭幼脲对云斑天牛成虫寿命和取食活动的影响。用１００．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ灭幼脲水溶液处理的和对照的野蔷薇枝条混合水培饲养成虫，试验初期，成虫对处理与对照枝条无明显取食选择性；持续处理，成虫无明显拒食反应。用１００．０、２００．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ灭幼脲水溶液处理的枝条分别饲养成虫，试验初期，处理组成虫死亡率低于对照组；中、后期，处理组成虫死亡率高于对照组。结果表明：成虫摄入灭幼脲后活动性增强、寿命缩短，灭幼脲对云斑天牛成虫低毒，无驱避和拒食作用。

Laboratory evaluations were made to determine the effects of diflubenzuron （DFB） on the longevity and feeding activities of adult Batocera horsfieldi （Hope） In the first experiment， DFB was administered by spraying at a 100 mg／kg concentration to rose branches The treated and the untreated control rose branches were disposed in the same cage to determine the food preference of adults At the beginning of the experiment， adults obviously had no food preference on the untreated and the treated branches When adults were fed continuously， no significant differences in the intake of food were observed between two kinds of branches In the second experiment，rose branches were treated with DFB at concentration 100 mg／kg and 200 mg／kg， respectively Adults were reared on the treated and the untreated control branches During the initial stage of experiment， the mortality of the treated adults was lower than that of untreated controls In the middle and later stage， the mortality of treated adults was higher than that of untreated controls  These results showed that DFB stimulated the activity of adult and shortened the longevity It was concluded that DFB had no significant toxicity， expellent and feeding inhibition activity on the adult Batocera horsfieldi （Hope）
