摘要: <正>对称结构的竹材碎料复合板静曲强度与弹性模量试验值与试件宽度无相关性。根据这一规律,用拟梁法研究了竹材碎料复合板受横向载荷时的刚度特性和应力分布特性,并推导出竹材碎料复合板静曲强度和弹性模量的理论估计模型;提出了竹材碎料复合板的最佳结构设计准则;对不同支承跨距时试件的破坏形式进行了分析,提出了竹材碎料复合板在实际使用时的失效判据。

Abstract: The test values of MOR & MOE of bamboo particle composite board (abbreviated to BPCB) with symmetrical structure show no relationship with the width of specimens. On the basis of this conclusion, the bending rigidity characteristic and the stress distribution of BPCB Under perpendicular load are studied by simulating beam method. And a series of theoretical evaluating models of MOR and MOE for BPCB are deduced. This paper also advances a theory of optimilizing the structure of BPCB. By analysing the rupture modes of the BPCB specimens at different spans, the rupure criteria of BPCB in use are developed.
