摘要
<正>以健康黑松幼苗为材料 ,用非伤害性刺激 (如冷冻 )和伤害性刺激 (如烧伤、刺伤、化学伤害等 )引发植物体内的波形的变化。研究表明 ,非伤害性刺激能在幼苗体内引起动作电波的传递 ,伤害性刺激除了能引起动作电波的传递外 ,还能引起较复杂的变异电波的传递 ,并对这种现象进行了讨论
Abstract
The non injurious local stimulation,such as a cold shock and the injurious stimulation,such as local burn,pricking the stem,chemicals and sever cut were applied to evoke the electrical wave transmission in the black pine ( Pinus thunbergii ) seedlings.The results have shown that the non-injurious stimulation could arouse the action potential (AP) transmission and the injurious stimulation could induce both VP and more complex AP (variation potential) transmission in the seedlings.The causes of the phenomena was discussed.
