摘要: <正>根据液压制动系工作原理及结构特点 ,建立制动系故障诊断矩阵、诊断标准等 ,开发出信号采集、数据处理、故障判断及故障显示等软件系统 ,该系统应用于夏利TJ71 0 0轿车制动系故障诊断 ,大大提高了故障诊断的效率和准确性

Abstract: The rack tests of automobile braking effect only give the static parameters. It cant insure the part and reason of default. According to the working principle and the feature of structure of hydraulic braking system, the paper establishes the diagnosing matrix, standard etc. The paper also develops the software of data acquiring, data processing, malfunction diagnosing, and displaying. This system can be used to diagnose the braking device of Xiali TJ7100, and the system can improve the efficiency and the accuracy of trouble diagnosis.
