摘要: <正>用差示扫描量热法 (DSC)研究了麦秸人造板用胶 (异氰酸酯 (MDI)、脲醛树脂 (UF)和改性UF树脂 )以及它们与麦秸之间的热反应特征。结果表明 :MDI自身的热反应特征平稳 ,在被测的温度范围内 ,基本无放热及吸热现象发生 ;MDI和水共同加热时 ,可以产生放热及吸热反应 ;改性UF树脂与未改性UF树脂相比 ,吸热反应提前发生 ,总吸热量减少。

Abstract: This paper discussed the hot reaction characters of glue in wheat straw board(methane diisocyanate (MDI)、urea formaldehyde (UF), and improved UF )and the relationship between them by DSC. The result shows that the hot reaction of MDI is steady and there is neither decalescence nor give out hot in the area of the tested temperature. When MDI and water are heated together, there are reactions of decalescence and give out hot . Compared the UF with improved UF in this research, both hot reaction characters are evidently different. The decalescence reaction improved UF is ahead and its total amounts of decalescence are reduced.
