披针叶黄华生物碱及其生物活性

摘要: <正>披针叶黄华含有双稠哌啶类生物碱 ,从其总生物碱中提取分离出 1 0种双稠哌啶类生物碱 ,它们分别属于三种结构类型 :( 1 )臭豆碱类型 ;( 2 )鹰爪豆碱类型 ;( 3)羽扇豆碱类型。其中五种生物碱已进行过生物活性测试 ,它们对细菌、昆虫、线虫以及哺乳类动物有多种生理和药理活性 ,其总碱对试验动物产生肌肉松驰、降低血压、以及减慢心律等作用。

Abstract: Thermopsis laceolata R. Brown was reported that ten alkaloids were isolated from this plant, including three groups of quinolizidine: (1) the anagyrine type; (2) the sparteine type; (3) the lupanine type. Biological activities of five quinolizidine alkaloids from the plant have been studied, the result showed that they have physiological and pharmacological activities to bacterium, insect, nematode and mammal animal. The alkaloids from the plant can cause muscle relaxation, blood pressure reduction and slow down rhythm of the heart.
