Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the application of energy analysis and its computer simulation in agroforestry ecosystem engineering. By means of energy analysis of the dynamic processes in the agroforestry ecosystems, the relations between these processes and their ecological factors are to be discovered. And also by means of computer simulation, the controlling function is designed in order to offer an object function for the ecological engineering.
