<正>启东市是一座新兴县级城市，绿化基础薄弱。绿地系统规划紧紧围绕城市特点，结合当地实际，强调“精品”意识，突出“高起点、高标准”，并找准突破口，从而为创建园林城市打下了良好基础。
Abstract
Qidong is a developing city, the forestation is instable.
