A Study on Drying CPE in S-shape Movement by Continuous Fixed Fluidized Bed Dryer

摘要: <正>在已开发的流化床、振动流化床干燥器的基础上 ,提出并实现了物料S型流动的固定流化床工艺 ,研制开发了S型流动连续式固定流化床干燥器 ,应用于氯化聚乙烯 (CPE)滤饼的干燥 ,取得了成功突破 ;就CPE的干燥特点、连续式固定流化床干燥器的特点进行了分析 ,得到CPE流化床干燥的最佳工艺参数 :流化速度为 0 .8~ 1 .0m/s,流化板的开孔率为 4%~ 9% ,4个室的干燥温度分别为 1 2 5、1 1 5、80、70℃

Abstract: Based on past research and development of pneumatic dryer and vibro fluidized bed dryer, the fixed fluidized bed is put out nowadays in which materials can be moved in S shape. This equipment has been successfully used to dry CPE. The drying characteristics of CPE and fixed fluidized bed dryer are introduced. The best operation parameters of CPE drying in S shape fixed fluidized bed dryer are obtained. These are in the following: the fluidized velocity is 0.8~1.0 m/s, the area of the opening holes on the distribution board is 4%~9% , the drying temperatures in four sections of the drying chambers are 125 ℃?115 ℃?80 ℃?70 ℃.
