摘要: <正>综述了近年来国内外克隆、鉴定的抗盐、耐旱基因中细胞相容性物质合成基因及其来源、作用机制 ,及它们在转基因植物中的遗传稳定性及转基因植物的抗盐、耐旱性等 ;同时对抗盐、耐旱的信号传导和转录因子等的研究作了概述。

Abstract: The main cloned salt and drought resistance genes and th eir origination, genetic mechanisms, expression and stability in higher plants, and their salt and drought resistance in transgenic plants were reviewed.Meanwhi le, the signal transduction and transcriptional factor genes to increase dehydra tion-stress tolerance in transgenic plants were also introduced.
