摘要

<正>将紫外光固化涂料技术与抗静电技术相结合,研制了一种由光敏树脂、光敏交联剂、光引发剂、抗静电剂等组成的紫外光固化抗静电涂料,探讨了光引发剂的种类和用量与紫外光固化性能的关系,并对抗静电剂种类和添加量与涂膜抗静电性能的关系进行了研究。结果表明,所得紫外光固化抗静电涂科固化速度快,附着力强。涂膜抗静电性能优良,具有耐擦洗性。

Abstract

A novel type of UV-curable antistatic coating composition containing photoinitiator,UV-cur -able epoxy acrylate resin, UV-curable polyurethane acrylate resin, UV-curable polyols acrylate crosslinking agent and antistatic agent etc was obtained. The relationship between curing time of the UV-curable coating composition and concentration of photoinitiator.antistatic property of the coating film and concentration of antistatic agent were studied. The results of property-test show that the UV- curable antistatic coating compositions have good curing performance. The coating films have good hardness,adhesion,antistatic property and wash-resistant property.
