摘要: <正>松材线虫病[Bursa phelenchus xylophilus(Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle) Nickle]是松树的一种毁灭性病害,也是重要的森林检疫对象。松材线虫病的诊断方法是防止松材线虫病发生、蔓延及传播的技术保证。笔者就国内外对松材线虫病树木诊断方法的研究进行了综述。

Abstract: The pine wood disease caused by the pine wood nematode[Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Stei- ner &. Buhrer) Nickle]is not only one of the most devastating disease of trees,but an important quar- antined forest disease. It is very important for the methods of diagnosis and quarantine of the pine wood disease to prevent the disease. The research progreses in diagnosis of the disease were reviewed in this paper. It is involved with morphlogic, biochemical and molecular biology identification of the pine wood nematode,prime diagnosis of trees and quarantine of wood infected by B. xylophilus.
