根瘤菌入侵刺槐的途径研究

摘要: <正>刺槐无菌苗接种根瘤菌后,在光学显微镜下观察根部形态发生了一系列变化,未接菌的刺槐苗根部根毛始终未发生形变;接菌的3~4d后形变明显根段经甘油透明及美兰染色,在光学显微镜下可清晰观察到根瘤菌入侵的部位和侵入线;根瘤菌的入侵点在根毛顶端弯曲或膨大处,侵入线由根毛的顶端向基部延伸,穿过表皮细胞壁进入皮层,在皮层细胞间分支延伸。

Abstract: Various changes of locust roots were observed by optics microscope after inoculating with rhizobia.There was no deformation all the time in the root hair of locust which didn’t inoculated with rhizobia.The deformed root segments inoculated with rhizobia after 3~4 days were dyed with methylene blue.It was observed clearly that the position where rhizobia invaded the seedling of locust at the top of root hair and then entered the cortex.
