Genetic Diversity of Dianthus chinensis L.and D.caryophyllus L.with RAPD

摘要: <正>利用RAPD分析技术,选取10个碱基长度的随机引物28个,对5种石竹、2种香石竹栽培品种和8个香石竹大花切花品种以及17个香石竹小花切花品种进行随机扩增,共获得242条多态性谱带,并利用最短距离法(Single法)对扩增数据进行聚类分析。结果表明,利用RAPD技术可以很好地区分种间关系。32个变种及石竹品种可分为石竹和香石竹两大类。另外,石竹野生种和人工栽培品种、香石竹盆栽品种和切花品种及香石竹大花型品种和小花型品种均可依此技术区分。

Abstract: 28 10bp random primers are selected for random amplification in 5 Dianthus chinensis L.,2 Dianthus caryophyllus L.,8 standard cut flowers and 17 spray cut flowers of D.caryophyllus L.242 polymorphism bands are acquired.The result of cluster analysis(the Single method) indicates that the RAPD technique can distinguish the relationship between species well.It can divide 32 samples into two groups:D.chinensis L.and D.caryophyllus L.,it also can differentiate the wild and culture species of D.chinensis L.,and the pot and cut flowers of D.caryophyllus L.Moreover,it also can divide the standard and spray cut flowers of D.caryophyllus L.
