金属网增强型杨木单板层积材的研究

A Study on Poplar LVL Enhanced with Wire Net

摘要: <正>讨论了酚醛(PF)树脂胶、环氧树脂胶和聚氨酯(PU)树脂胶等3种胶粘剂用于金属网与杨木单板胶合的情况;研究了用不同金属材料、不同规格的金属网,在不同的组坯条件下压制的层积板的性能。结果表明,金属网对杨木单板层积材(LVL)的弹性模量(MOE)、静曲强度(MOR)等性能的增强效果比较显著,而且金属网目数是影响层积板胶合强度、MOE、MOR等性能指标的主要因素;综合考虑经济性与工艺可操作性,用酚醛胶(PF)作为这种复合材料的胶粘剂,并且用40目的不锈钢网与杨木单板胶合时,层积板的胶合强度达到国家标准GB9846.12-88中Ⅰ类胶合板的胶合强度要求。

Abstract: Wire net and poplar veneer with 3 kinds of adhesives(phenol formaldehyde resin(PF),polyurethane adhesive(PU) and epoxy resin adhesive),were composited to enhance laminated veneer lumber(LVL) in which different wire nets and different layers of wire nets were included.The results from experiments showed that wire net improved remarkably poplar LVL on modulus of rupture(MOR),modulus of elasticity(MOE),and among all the factors,the mesh of wire net is the most effective;Considering economy and technology operability,PF as adhesive could be used for gluing this kind of composite panel.On the condition of one layer of wire net of 40 meshes the shearing strength of the enhance composite panel could meet the requirements for type Ⅰ plywood specified in GB 9846.12-88.
