摘要

<正>根据试管苗在试管内促根处理方法,直接选用苗高3cm以上的红花剌槐、软枣猕猴桃1号、2号、3号等品种的健壮无根试管苗,用促根剂在试管外处理。试验方法分栽前用N+T(自配)促根剂速蘸小苗基部后栽于6号基质中和栽后用N+T促根剂浇小苗基部,浇小苗分一次性浇和每周1次,连浇3次;促根剂浓度为2.5~3.5mg/L,温度控制在(26±2)℃,湿度85%以上。结果表明,栽后分3次浇促根剂处理下红花刺槐成活率为86.8%、软枣猕猴桃成活率达97.8%(为3个品种平均值)。

Abstract

Based on the investigation of 23 poplar farmland shelter belts and their site condition in Damiao town of Tongshan county and Shaodian town of Xinyi eounty,Jiangsu province, the protection mature age (PMA), quantitive mature age (QMA) and economic mature age(EMA) of poplar farmland shelter belt are analyzed by the classification of poplar’s growth type. And finally, the renewal age(RA) of different growth types is confirmed. The results are as follows:QMA,EMA and RA of growth type I are 14. 0 years, 18. 0 years and 19. 0 years respeetively;QMA,EMA and RA of growth type II are 15. 5 years,21. 0 years and 22. 0 years respectively;QMA,EMA and RA of growth type Ⅲ are 17. 5 years,24. 0 years and 25. 0 years respectively;As for growth type IV,its QMA is more than 20. 0 years,EMA and RA are 24. 0 years and 26. 0 years respectively.
