摘要: <正>阐述了数字植物园的概念,引入GIs技术,对深圳市仙湖数字植物园系统进行了研究与设计。设计从系统体系结构、数据库设汁、数字植物园系统(BGGIs)结构设计、界面设计、网络信息发布设计5个部分完成。讨论了数字植物园建设的长期性,BGGIs存在的不足和改进方向以及数字植物园的发展前景。

Abstract: The project investment of hi-technology is of obvious features ofventure investment. But it contains more risks and uncertainties than the normal project investment. So the appraisal of the project investment of hi-technology is different from the normal appraisal of venture investment. This article points out that the existing appraisal method needs to be enhanced and improved with fuzzy theory according to the features of the project investment of high-and-new technology after summarizing and analyzing the use and limitation of NPV method. A new way is tapped to value the high-technology projects.
