摘要: <正>采用养虫笼捆绑树干法,接入配对健康光肩星天牛成虫,待卵孵化率达80%时,以注干法施用不同浓度的吡虫啉胶囊防治光肩星天牛初孵幼虫。结果表明:树木胸径注药量为0.32mL/cm时防治效果最好,可达90%以上。用HLPC方法分析树叶片中的残留量,并对施药后不同时期药剂残留量与光肩星天牛幼虫的防治效果进行分析,得出防治效果与树叶片中的残留量存在线性关系。

Abstract: Plantlets regeneration from leaf explants of Phalanopsis was studied. The results showed that:(1) Decontamiated-materials could be obtained by inducing from floral stalk, and proliferation of plantlet was achieved on Murashige and Skoog(MS) medium supplemented with 6-BA(7. 5 mg/L)+NAA(1.0 mg/L); (2)6-BA and NAA can stimulate PLBs(protocorm-like bodies) formation and the effective ruslts could be obtained on MS 6-BA(10.0 mg/L)+NAA(1.0 mg/L); (3)The optimal mediums were 1/2MS and Hyponex mediums for proliferation and transformation of PLBs; (4)The relations between the concentration of sucrose and plantlets regenerations from PLBs could be formulated by y=-0. 019 92 x2+0. 077 51 x+0. 170 00, and plantlets developed well on 1/2 MS containing 20 g/L without any growth regulators.
