摘要： <正>以氨气的释放量为主要指标，从初筛获得的具有除臭效果的菌中复筛出一株酵母菌（OCY-1），其在实验室条件下可减少氨气释放量达30%以上，对鸡粪具有明显的除臭效果.0CY-1的发酵最佳培养基为：1.5%葡萄糖+0.5%蔗糖，0.25%蛋白胨+0.25%（NH4）2S04，0.1%NaCl，0.1%KH2P0.，0.05%CaCI2?2H20，0.1%MgSO4?7H2O；最佳生长条件为：温度35℃，pH6.0，摇瓶装液量50mL。通过对氮素消除机理分析，发现氨气释放量的减少与鸡粪中NH4+-N剩余量相关，与NO-3-N的量不相关。

Abstract: In this paper, applying metric equations for the n-dimensional spherical space and the n-dimensional hyperbolic space, two forms of cisine theorems in the n-dimensional spherical space were established, and the formula for computing radius of inscribed sphere of an ndimensional in the spherical space and the hyperbolic space were established.
