Analysis on Communities of Soil Microbes Under Different Models of Forest Rehabilitation

摘要: <正>对20个桉树无性系的生长性状、形质性状进行差异分析和综合评价,结果表明:各性状在无性系问差异均极显著,各性状的无性系重复力为61.46%~93.84%,在较大程度上保持着年度间的持续稳定。各生长性状间均呈紧密的表型、遗传和环境正相关关系,形质性状中仅分枝与生长性状呈紧密的负相关关系。5.5年生最优无性系TH9113单株材积达0.09208m。,是最差无性系CP01的407.80%,是所有无性系均值的196.29%;无性系TH9510形质性状表现最优。应用主成分分类方法将参试无性系分成4类,速生类材积是慢生类的264.99%,增产效果十分显著。

Abstract: Seasonal variation of soil microbial amounts and rhizospheric effect of two forest trees were studied systematically on Betula luminifera and Pleioblastus amarus under two main models of forest rehabilitation, and the cropland was regarded as contrast in Hongya. county, Sichuan province. And effect of two models of forest rehabilitation on soil microbial amounts and activities was analyzed and discussed. The main results of study showed that soil microbial amounts were changed regularly in different seasons. Microbial amounts were increased from spring to autumn, and were the most in autumn, and were the least in winter in B. luminifera and P. arnarus. But microbial amounts of cropland were increased from spring to winter, and were the most in winter. Bacteria amounts were predominant, actinomyces amounts were the next, and fungi amounts were the least among composition of communities of soil microbes. The sequence of total amounts of soil microbes from high to low was cropland>P, amarus forest>B, lurninifera forest in a year. Rhizospheric effect of two forest trees under two models of forest rehabilitation was different during different seasons. And the R/S values of microbes were from 1 to 2 during different seasons, and the R/S values were respective 1.37 and 1.24 in in a year. So the ecological benefit of model of P. amarus was better than B. luminifera by evaluation of total soil microbes.
