摘要: <正>分析了稻秸木材复合工艺配比及防水剂的添加量(0.8%、1.2%、1.6%、2.0%)对稻秸木材复合中密度纤维板性能的影响。结果表明:采用稻秸与木材原料分别进行纤维分离,再混合后施胶的复合工艺,当草木配比为1:1,肪水剂加量为1.2%,脲醛树脂胶粘剂的施胶量为12%时,生产出的稻秸/木材中密度纤维板,除吸水厚度膨胀率外,各项性能均能达到中密度纤维板标准要求。

Abstract: The properties of xylooligosaceharides separation by gel permeation chromatography was investigated. Xylooligosaecharides was separated with Bio-Gel P-4 by the first time and Bio-Gel P-2 by the second time. The results showed that the purity of fraction xylobiose, xylotriose, xylopentaose, xylohexaose and xyloheptaose separated with Bio-Gel P-4 were 98.18%, 88.54%, 97.52%, 78.80% and 86.67%, respectively. The content of arabinosyl groups in xylooligosaccharides was 14.75%, and xylobiose and xylotriose were not substituted with arabinosyl groups. The purity of fraction xylotriose can be raised from 88.54 % to 94.19% with Bio-Gel P-2 by the second separation.
