摘要

<正>对16个不同落羽杉(Taxodiumdistichum(L。)Rich)种源的树高、胸径、单株材积、冠幅、枝下高、分枝角度、分枝数等进行了研究,结果表明:(1)不同种源间树高、胸径、单株材积、冠幅、枝下高等性状差异达到显著水平?但不同种源间的分枝角度和分枝数差异不显著,其中9号和6号种源的树高、胸径、单株材积最高,16号种源的树高、胸径和单株材积最小;(2)性状的相关分析表明,落羽杉的树高、胸径、单株材积、枝下高、冠幅之间均呈显著相关关系,但这些指标与分枝角度和分枝教等因子之间相关关系不显著;(3)各性状的广义遗传力以胸径最高,分枝角度和分枝数量最低;(4)多性状综合评定结果得出9号、6号、12号、13号和4号种源的综合评价值较低,为优良的种源,这些优良种源可作为我国相类似地区作用材、防护和园林观赏树种扩大推广应用。

Abstract

The fungal succession on tea leaves and buds were studied in southern area of Henan province. As a result, 40 species belonging to 26 genera were isolated. Among them, 10 species: Alternaria tenuis, Cercospora theae, Chaetomium bostrychodes, Guignardia camelliae, Gloeosporium theae-sinensis, Macrophoma abensis, M. theaecola, Pestalotiopsis theae, P. versicolor, Trichoderma sp. are dominant fungi. The result also showed that the fungal succession was correlated with the season average temperature and the rainfall. The fungi were abundant in spring and autumn, poor in summer and winter.
