摘要

<正>以MS培养基为基本培养基,用一品红花序轴培养产生的愈伤组织为材料,比较了不同浓度6一BA+NAA组合和6-BA+IBA组合处理对一品红愈伤组织分化芽特性的影响。结果表明:综合芽分化及生长状况,在6-BA与NAA两类激素组合中,以MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+O.1mg/LNAA培养基最好,MS+1.6mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA和MS+0.8mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LNAA次之,而在6-BA与IBA组合中,MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+O.2mg/LIBA和MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.4mg/LIBA培养基较好,MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LIBA次之。

Abstract

Temperature of diagrams of supercooling water phase change in the polar 1-69 and 1-45 bodies have been tested menswrated by DAT, NMR and ESR. Based on the analyzing temperature of the diagrams, the tested temperature by three different methods are unani mous. Two species second freeze temperature was gave respectively. Poplar 1-69 second freeze temperature is about-14℃, and poplar 1-45 is about--20℃. The cold resistance of poplar 1-45 is superior to that of poplar 1-69.
