摘要: <正>针对石榴品种分类现状,在前人研究的基础上,根据实地调查的结果,分析了石榴品种的形成途径及主要形态特征。遵循《国际栽培植物命名法规》与品种演化规律,对石榴品种分类依据进行了研究,提出石榴品种形成属于同一种系来源,并建立了品种群一——品种系统,即按照花瓣将石榴品种分为4个品种群,同时认为花瓣、花色、结实性、果色、果实大小及果重是品种分类的主要依据,而籽粒软硬、萼筒形状、新叶颜色、茎刺有无等特征可作为次级分类特征。

Abstract: MS medium was used as a basic medium. Callus induced from inflorescence axis of Euphorbia pulcherrirna was used as explants. It is compared that effects of combinations which contain different concentrations of 6-BA+ NAA and 6-BA+ IBA on characters of differentiated shoots from callus of E. pulcherrima. The results showed that, in combination of 6-BA+NAA, the best medium combination is MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA, the subordinate is MS+1. 6 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA and MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA. While in combination of 6-BA+IBA, the best medium combination is MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA and MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L IBA, the subordinate is MS+ 2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA.
