The methods of microorganism cultivation and the experimental method of soil microorganism biochemistry activity and enzyme activity are used to determine the three types of microorganisms quantities and microorganism biochemistry activity and the enzyme activity. All the indexes of the second generation in the soil microorganism quantity, biomass, biochemistry activity and the change of soil enzyme activity of P. massoniana under the same condition are higher than those of the first generation.
