摘要

<正>对来自大兴安岭、长白山的高山红景天花粉进行了超低温保存研究。结果表明:不同的干燥时间对超低温保存后花粉萌发力有明显影响。12h干燥处理的花粉萌发力明显高于8h、24h干燥处理的;用0℃(8h)→-10℃(8h)→-20℃(8h)变温预冻处理能大幅提升超低温保存后花粉的萌发力;超低温保存后的解冻方式以-20℃(8h)→4℃(8h)→-25℃(8h)为最佳。

Abstract

The ESRI’s OCX named MapObjects Java Standard Edition (MOJava) has been in troduced in the paper. The main function and characteristic of MapObjectsalso have been introduced. A case in point of application GIS for ancient and precious trees in the scenic park of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum, Some GIS functions based on MOJava have been analyzed. The conclusion shows thai Map()bjects Java Standard Edition is a rich collection of client and server components for Java developers. ComGIS integrates GIS with special model so closely that it can accomplish not only some functions of GIS but also many functions of,the special application,and it can be platform crossing and extendable.
