<正>在最低评标价法的概念及评标程序基础上，分析最低评标价法优点和不足，结合目前公路施工项目招投标活动的实际情况，对如何完善最低评标价法在公路工程施工招标中的应用提出建议。实践表明，在积极推行最低评标价法同时，也需采取相关措施减少由最低评标价法带来的风险。

Based on the investigation of the plant community structure and soil physical and chemical characteristics, such as plant species, abundance, importance value, the ecological and soil fertility characteristics of asthetic forest in Qi-xia Mountain were analyzed. Some measures for forest resource utilization and protection were proposed.
